Description

It is a product obtained through cooking, pressing, centrifugation, separation and polishing processes. Its raw material is wild-state anchovy (Engraulis ringens). Our oil is characterized by its high content of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, EPA and DHA being highlighted.

Our entire fishing fleet and plants are authorized by the National Organization for Fishing Sanitation (SANIPES, in Spanish) for fishing and direct-human-consumption oil processing for the European Union.
