Description
It is a product obtained through cooking, pressing, steam drying, milling and packing processes. Its raw material is wild-state anchovy (Engraulis ringens), which is rich in proteins and omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids. Our product is preserved through the addition of antioxidants and is distributed in 50-kg sacks or in bulk.
Our fish meal is characterized by high digestibility and soluble proteins, as well as having physical properties that favor the preparation of balanced food.
