Mr. Garcia Rosell is an Industrial Engineering Bachelor at University of Lima. Mr. Garcia Rosell currently performs the functions of Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of AFP Integra, Alternate Director and Member of the Risk Committee of Sura Asset Management, as well as Member of the Advisory Board of Sociedad Happyland Perú.
In the past, Mr. Garcia Rosell was Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Petroleos del Perú, CEO of the Wiese Group, Vice President of Sales and CFO of the Backus and Johnston Peruvian Brewery Union, as well as Corporate General Controller and director of all the companies of the Backus Corporation.
In the development of Mr Garcia Rosell’s business activities, his participation in multiple processes of strategic planning, business restructuring and mergers and acquisitions of companies, among other tasks, stands out.
